Terms & Conditions for Maternity / Newborn / Family / Portrait Photography

1. Your session date is confirmed on payment of the booking deposit fee of €150 The session will be reserved for 24 hours, after which time it may be offered to someone else if no booking payment has been made.

2. All booking deposits, payments and gift card purchases are non refundable.

3. Balances due on all photography sessions must be paid for in full on the day of the session. Due to the uncertain arrival day of your newborn, certain flexibility for booking the newborn session will apply.

4. The client has received, read and understands the photographers package, which has been confirmed for the assignment on payment of the booking fee and is guaranteed.

5. All Photography Packages include the agreed amount of fully edited files included in the package at the time of booking. Additional edited digital files can be ordered after the session. There is a fee of €40 per edited file ordered.

6. All high-resolution images will be delivered via a private gallery to the Client within 6 weeks of the session date.

7. The photographer is not liable to deliver every photograph taken during the session. The photographer will only provide the client with fully edited files of which the number of images are that of which are included in the package, which have been purchased and agreed upon at the time of booking.

8. Package Upgrades:Once you have booked and confirmed either the Basic or Standard package, you cannot switch after to a higher-tier package. However, you may choose to enhance your existing package by adding a Plus Package for additional photos or services.

9. All final images are professionally edited in the style of Jules M Photography. Any additional editing requests made after the final gallery has been delivered—such as changes to retouching, colour tones, or specific edits outside the standard workflow—may incur an additional fee. This fee will be quoted based on the scope of the request and must be agreed upon before any further edits are undertaken.

10. The Photographer will under no circumstances release any unedited or RAW files.

11. All gift vouchers must be redeemed within one year of date of purchase.

12. Frame credit included in some packages must be claimed within one year of date of purchase.

13. The client contends that they are aware of and have viewed the package at the time of booking for the session fees and any and all files and products. Prices are adjusted periodically and as such are subject to change; pricing may change without notice. Any future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
